摘　　要：结合陕西某公司甲醇装置的实际运行情况,从烟气处理量、脱硫能力、进气组分、温度和压力的变化等方面,分析和研究了用烟气脱硫吸收塔脱除煤气化过程中硫回收装置焚烧炉出口尾气中SO_2的可行性、适配性、耐受性、经济性和环保安全性,并提出相应的技术改造方案和建议。Based on the actual operation and the revamp proposals that the absorption tower of flue gas desulphurization is used to remove SO_2 from tailgas at the outlet of the incinerator of the sulphur recovery unit during the coal gasification in the methanol unit of a company in Shanxi,the feasibility,adaptability,endurance,economy and environmental safety is examined in terms of flue gas processing capacity,desulphurization performance,feed gas composition,temperature and pressure fluctuation. And proposals for the technical revamp are offered.
