钼锑抗分光光度法测定水质中总磷显色温度及时间对结果的影响

摘　　要：钼锑抗分光光度法是测定水质中总磷的主要检测方法之一,通过实验分析得出钼锑抗分光光度法显色较为稳定,最佳显色温度为20~30℃,最佳显色时间为10~30min。Mo-Sb anti-spectrophotometry method is one of the main methods of determination of the total phosphorus in water.Proved by experiments,Mo-Sb anti-spectrophotometry method had better stability with the best color time of 10~30 minutes and the best temperature of 20~30℃.
