摘 要:预应力混凝土路面与传统的水泥混凝土路面相比,路面板厚度较小,具有很高的承载能力和抗变形能力,能够大大较少路面板出现裂缝的可能性,有利于提高路面的耐久性并改善行车的舒适性。采用有限元软件ABAQUS 2017建立预应力混凝土路面结构的三维有限元模型,研究采用不同预应力钢绞线构造方式时,预应力路面结构的的受力特点,并分析影响预应力混凝土路面应力的三个因素。研究表明:采用垂直布筋的预应力混凝土路面横向和纵向预压应力相差不大,而采用斜向布筋的预应力混凝土路面横向和纵向预压应力相差较大;增加预应力钢绞线的埋置深度,有利于路面板的使用;通过调整预应力钢绞线公称直径,可以改善路面板的预压力;预应力钢绞线倾角不宜过大,以30°~45°为宜。Compared with the cement concrete pavement,the prestressed concrete pavement has smaller thickness,high load bearing capacity and deformation resistance.Prestressed concrete pavement can avoid the possibility of cracking,and it is beneficial to improve the durability of the pavement and improve the comfort of the driving.The three-dimensional finite element model of prestressed concrete pavement structure was modeled by using finite element software ABAQUS 2017,the stress characteristic of prestressed concrete pavement structure adopts different prestressing methods was studied,and three factors affecting the stress of prestressed concrete pavement were also analyzed.The results showed that the transverse and longitudinal stresses has little difference in vertical prestressing of prestressed concrete pavement,which is different in oblique prestressing of prestressed concrete pavement.The increase of embedment depth of prestressed steel strand is beneficial to the use of the road surface,and the stress can be changed by adjusting the nominal diameter of prestressed steel strand.The angle of prestressed steel strand should not be too large,it is rational from 30 degrees to 45 degrees.
