深圳市南山区2013-2015年艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:对深圳市南山区艾滋病自愿咨询检测人群的相关资料进行分析,为制定艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。方法:以2013-2015年在南山区各VCT门诊接受VCT服务并登记上报的求询者作为研究对象,收集其社会人口学特征、危险行为、HIV抗体检测及梅毒抗体检测结果等临床资料进行统计分析。结果:2013-2015年南山区VCT门诊共接受VCT服务8835人,其中8641人提供完整信息资料并参与检测,共确诊HIV抗体阳性病例287例(3.32%),阳性检出率随年份呈上升趋势,以男性(275例)、未婚(216例)、大专及以上文化程度(167例)、有不安全性行为史(272例)为主。其中,1059例男男性行为人群(MSM)中共有阳性179例,多为20-39岁、未婚、高中或中专及以上文化程度。结论:2013-2015年南山区艾滋病VCT门诊HIV抗体阳性检出率呈逐年上升趋势,加强对重点人群的行为干预及检测力度,可有效预防控制艾滋病。Objective:To analyze the data of HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in Nanshan District,Shenzhen,and to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention and control measures.Methods:between 2013 and 2015 in Nanshan District,the VCT clinic received VCT services and register reported seeking consultation person as the object of study collected the clinical data of the socio demographic characteristics,risk behaviors,HIV antibody and syphilis antibody test results for statistical analysis,draw the conclusion.Results:the 2013-2015 Nanshan District VCT clinics received a total of VCT service 8835 human and 8641 which provide complete information and participate in the detection,A total of 287 cases diagnosed as HIV antibody positive cases(3.32%),the positive detection rate is rising with the year,the male(n=275),unmarried patients(216),junior college and above education degree(167 cases),unsafe sexual history(272).Among them,1059 cases of male behavior population(MSM)were positive in 179 cases,mostly 20-39 years old,unmarried,high school or technical secondary school and above.Conclusion:The positive detection rate of HIV in the Nanshan District VCT service among three years is rising,strengthen the focus of the crowd behavior intervention and VCT can prevent and control AIDS efficiently.
