摘  要:矿用重型设备在待机状态时,防撞系统、对讲系统、及车载加热系统辅助等小型仪表只能依靠蓄电池为车载系统进行供电,导致蓄电池容量下降幅度大造成发动机启动困难,甚至无法启动。从超级电容器的工作原理、性能特点进行研究,设计一个基于超级电容器的用于矿用重型设备小型仪表的UPS。通过对超级电容器充电和放电过程的控制,实现超级电容器电路对负载的不间断供电,进而保证了矿用重型设备原车蓄电池的正常使用寿命,同时也保证了设备的出动率。In order to solve the problems of mine heavy equipment standby state,the collision avoidance system,intercom system,and vehicle heating system auxiliary and other small instruments only relying on the battery for the car system power supply,resulting in a large decline in battery capacity caused by engine start difficult,the article studies from the super capacitor working principle,performance characteristics,designs a super capacitor for mining heavy equipment small instruments UPS.Through the super capacitor charging and discharge process control,the company achieves super capacitor circuit load on the uninterrupted power supply to ensure the mine heavy equipment the original vehicle battery life,also to ensure the equipment out rate.
