摘 要:随着我国城市的建设和发展,高层建筑逐步增加,楼层间距逐步减小,由此造成的采光遮挡问题也日益突出。由于法律规定采光权的文字描述具有一定的模糊性,实际应用中如何表达采光权的时空范围是一个亟待解决的技术问题。为此,本文在基于CityGML模型基础上,提出了面向住宅单元的采光权空间表达方式和其计算方法。根据现有的法律和技术规定,以住宅单元物理空间外形结构划分为基础,提出了基于窗户、基于房间和基于整套单元的采光权时空计算方法,并对这3种方法进行比较分析,为完善建筑采光时空表达和产权管理提供技术支撑。With the rapid development of cities,increased residence in high-rise and high-density buildings have enhanced the conflict and the problem of daylighting and sheltering.The ambiguity of the legal provisions caused technical problems in the description and calculation of lighting rights of each housing unit.To address this issue,a lighting right data model based on CityGML is proposed for the management of lighting rights for individual housing unit.This model provides a consistent method for the spatial representation and calculation of lighting rights.Three methods of the Window-based method,Roombased method,Suit-based method are proposed for the quantitative calculation of sunlight duration.The results are compared and discussed for providing a technical support for the further perfection and implementation of lighting rights.
