摘  要:为了研究流体激励力对螺旋离心泵转子系统动力学响应的影响,以一台单叶片螺旋离心泵为研究对象,利用CFX 14.5对泵的内部流场进行了非定常计算,得到了不同流量工况下叶轮所受的径向力随时间的变化情况.建立了转子系统的有限元模型,对转子的临界转速和振型进行了分析,研究了以不同流量工况下的径向力作为外部激励时,转子系统的瞬态响应.结果表明:不同流量工况下,叶轮的径向力均呈周期性变化,周期和叶轮旋转的周期相同;径向力可以分解为恒定量和脉动量,随着频率的增加,脉动峰值逐渐减小;在设计转速下,转子系统不会发生共振;当考虑径向力的作用时,叶轮上监测点处的径向位移呈现复杂的周期性变化,径向力的频率成分会在振动过程中体现出来.To investigate the effect of fluid excitation force on the dynamic response of screw centrifugal pump rotor system,a single blade screw centrifugal pump was used as research object.The internal flow field of pump was calculated by CFX 14.5,and the variation of radial force of impeller with time under different flow conditions was obtained.The finite element model of the rotor system was established,and the critical speed and the mode of rotor were analyzed.The transient response of the rotor system was investigated when the radial force was used as external excitation under different flow conditions.The results show that the radial force of impeller is cyclical under different flow conditions,and the period is the same as that of impeller.The radial force can be decomposed into constant amount and pulsation amount,and the pulse peak is gradually decreased with the increasing of frequency.At designed speed,the rotor system does not resonate.When the effect of radial force is considered,the radial displacement at the monitoring point of impeller presents complex periodic changes,and the frequency component of radial force is reflected in the vibration process.
