摘 要:建立了利用高效液相色谱法分析测定老鼠药中安妥的新方法。通过对提取剂种类、流动相的组成、柱温、流动相流速和紫外检测波长等色谱条件的优化,降低了方法的检测限,安妥的检测限为0.1ng/mL(信噪比为3∶1),加标回收率为101.7%。用外标法定量时,线性相关系数0.999 9。该方法用于实际鼠药样品的测定,简单、快速、准确,灵敏度高。In the present work,a method was developed for the determination of antu in raticide samples by high performance liquid chromatography.The effects of extractants,proportion of mobile phase,column temperature,flow rate of mobile phase,and ultraviolet detection wavelength were optimized.The detection limit of 0.1 ng/mL(S/N=3∶1)and the spiking recovery of 101.7%were obtained for antu.The correlation coefficient for antu was perfect in the function.The results show that the method is reliable,fast and sensitive on the real samples.
