兰索拉唑联合大黄止血胶囊治疗急性上消化道出血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究探讨兰索拉唑联合大黄止血胶囊治疗急性上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法选择2016年1月~2017年10月本院急性上消化道出血患者120例进行研究讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组,两组均为60例,其中对照组采用兰索拉唑进行治疗,观察组采取兰索拉唑联合大黄止血胶囊治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、止血的时间、不良反应情况。结果观察组采取兰索拉唑联合大黄止血胶囊治疗,观察组的有效率为95.0%,对照组的有效率为88.3%,观察组疗效比对照组的要好,止血时间少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于急性上消化道出血的患者,采取兰索拉唑联合大黄止血胶囊治疗,疗效显著,可以减少患者的止血时间,提高幽门螺杆菌的根除率,且安全性较高,耐受性较强,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of lansoprazole combined with rhubarb hemostatic capsule in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were studied and discussed.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in both groups.The control group was treated with lansoprazole,while the observation group was treated with lansoprazole combined with rhubarb hemostatic capsule.The therapeutic effect,the time of hemostasis and adverse circumstance were observed in the two groups.Results The observation group was treated with lansoprazole combined with rhubarb hemostatic capsule,the effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,and the effective rate of the control group was 88.3%.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the time of hemostasis was less than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,lansoprazole combined with rhubarb hemostatic capsule treatment,curative effect is obvious,it can reduce the bleeding time of patients,improve the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori,and it has high safety and tolerability.It is worthy of application in the treatment of patients in the future.
