二孩政策后米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物终止妊娠临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的了解米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物终止妊娠的临床效果。方法采用整群抽样统计法,从2012~2014年米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物终止妊娠病例病历中抽取179例进行统计学分析。结果参照流产效果评定标准,2012~2014年共有679例终止妊娠病例,其中179例为米非司酮配伍米索前列醇药物终止妊娠病例,占26.36%,服用米索前列醇后妊娠物6h内排出169例,占94.41%,无一例产时产后大出血发生,无一例副反应发生。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠是安全的、可行的、二孩政策后仍值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on termination of pregnancy.Methods One hundred and seventy-nine cases of mifepristone combined with misoprostol terminated in 2012,2013,and 2014 were statistically analyzed by cluster sampling.Results According to the evaluation standard of abortion effect,there were 679 cases of termination of pregnancy in 2012,2013 and 2014.Among them,179 cases were treated with mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy,accounting for 26.36%.After taking misoprostol,the gestation were excreted within 6 hours in 169 cases,accounting for 94.41%.No case of postpartum hemorrhage occurred,no side reaction occurred.Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy is safe and feasible.After the two-child policy,it is still worth promoting.
