宫炎平片联合聚甲酚磺醛液对宫颈炎术后治疗的护理

摘　　要：目的对宫颈炎术后治疗使用聚甲酚磺醛液联合宫炎平片的效果进行观察。方法将医院收治的68例宫颈炎手术患者进行观察,资料选择时间在2015年8月~2016年8月,随机分为34例对照组以及34例实验组,术后护理中分别采用宫炎平片与宫炎平片联合聚甲酚磺醛液辅助治疗,对两组疗效予以观察。结果实验组治疗总有效率、术后4周宫颈完全上皮化率明显高于对照组,术后阴道流血、排液超过1周者明显比对照组少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈炎术后应用宫炎平片联合聚甲酚磺醛液辅助治疗,对减少患者术后阴道流血、排液等不良反应,提高疗效具有积极意义。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of policresulen solution combined with Gongyanping tablets in the treatment of cervicitis after effect.Methods From August 2015 to August 2016,68 cases of cervicitis surgery patients were observed.After operation,all them were randomly divided into 34 cases of control group and 34 cases of experimental group.Postoperative nursing were used in Gongyanping tablets and Gongyanping tablets combined with policresulen solution,the effect of two groups was observed.Results The total effective rate and the complete epithelialization rate of the cervix at 4 weeks after operation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,postoperative vaginal bleeding and fluid drainage for more than 1 weeks of the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion After the operation of cervicitis,the combined treatment of Gongyanping and policresulen solution is of positive significance in reducing the postoperative vaginal bleeding,drainage and other adverse reactions and improving the curative effect.
