摘　　要：目的探析不同麻醉方法在输尿管镜钬激光碎石的应用价值。方法将72例于我院接受输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的患者作为研究对象,遵循随机数字表法分两组,对照组36例行气管插管全麻,实验组36例行喉罩全麻,总结对比两组患者麻醉效果。结果实验组拔管时间、术后恢复时间、患者舒适度、麻醉药物使用量、术后排气时间、住院时间等明显优于对照组(P<0.05);另外从两组不良反应发生率可见,实验组为5.56%(2/36),对照组为16.67%(6/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论较之气管插管全麻,喉罩全麻用于输尿管镜钬激光碎石效果更优,有助于提升手术效率,降低麻醉后不良反应,具有较高安全性,临床价值显著。Objective To explore the value of different anesthesia methods in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods A total of 72 patients undergoing ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital were set up for a comparative trial.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table.In the control group,36 cases were treated with tracheal intubation general anesthesia.In the experimental group,36 cases were treated with laryngeal mask general anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The extubation time,postoperative recovery time,patient comfort,anesthetic dosage,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.56%(2/36)in the experimental group and 16.67%(6/36)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with tracheal intubation general anesthesia,laryngeal mask general anesthesia is better for ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,which is helpful to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the adverse reactions after anesthesia,and has higher safety and significant clinical value.
