摘　　要：我国土地流转形式多达十余种,有些土地流转形式没有发展前景。根据我国人多地少的基本国情、粮食安全和发展现代农业的需要,今后我国应重点支持转包、出租、入股三种土地流转形式,并对土地流转从转入方进行有区别补贴;建立土地承包权永久性退出与补偿机制,定期清理符合土地转让条件的人口;在有条件的地方支持土地信托和"两分两换"两种流转形式。There are more than ten forms of land transfer in China.Some of these forms have no development prospects.According to the basic national requirements of food security and modern agricultural development,China should focus on supporting forms of land transfer such as subcontracting,renting,and shareholding.The government should also provide different subsidies according to the scale of farming for farmers who wish to transfer land in addition to establishing a landrelinquishment mechanism for farmers who have contracted land,but also require stable city work.These forms involving farmland trusts and“separating land into two kinds”can be practiced on and improved upon.
