摘　　要：基于格网尺度分析土地利用格局变化是准确掌握区域土地利用时空特征的重要手段。以杭州市城西产业集聚区为研究区域,利用RS和GIS技术,对该地区2005–2010年和2010–2016年土地利用变化的空间格局及热点地区进行研究,并分析土地利用变化驱动机制。结果表明:2005–2016年杭州城西产业集聚区土地利用方式主要以耕地、林地和建设用地为主,2010–2016年土地利用变化指数明显大于2005–2010年,其中耕地和林地面积逐渐减少,2010年之后减少速度加快,城镇建设用地面积在2010年之后迅速扩张,主要占用耕地和林地,农村居民点用地面积先增后减,土地利用变化重心由中西部转移到东部仓前、五常街道;土地利用变化热点地区由点状扩大到块状,数量由2个增加至4个,其中东部未来科技城土地利用变化最为明显;2005–2010年杭州城西产业集聚区土地利用格局的形成因素主要是自然因素,2010年后政府政策导向对土地利用格局的时空变化具有重要影响,应做好耕地保护、生态环境保护和土地开发的协调工作。The practice of analyzing land-use patterns according to grid scale is an important means for accurately grasping the spatial-temporal characteristics of regional land use.This paper used Hangzhou Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Zone as an area of study by employing RS and GIS technologies to observe the patterns and hotspots of land-use change over two periods(i.e.,2005-2010 and 2010-2016).The driving forces behind these changes were also analyzed.This study’s main findings are as follows:(1)From 2005-2016,land in Hangzhou Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Zone was mainly used for cultivation,forests,and construction.The land-use change index from 2010-2016 was larger than that of 2005-2010(cultivated lands and forests were gradually reduced and continued decreasing after 2010 while urban construction lands rapidly expanded into these areas.Rural residential land first increased,but was eventually reduced).The center of land-use change in this area transferred from the mid-west to eastern Cangqian,Wuchang street.(2)The hotspots of land-use change transferred from point expansion to massive expansion and increased from 2 to 4;the land use change in the eastern Future Technology Zone was obvious.(3)The driving forces behind land-use change in Hangzhou Chengxi Sci-tech Innovation Zone were natural factors,while the guidance of governmental policy provided an important influence on the patterns of landuse change.Attention should be paid to the coordination of cultivated land protection,ecological environmental protection,and land development.
