摘　　要：梳理海洋资源相关概念,并界定海洋资源资产及其构成,通过探讨近海海域水质与海洋生态服务功能的相互作用提出了从近海海域环境侧面刻画海洋资源资产的海洋资源资产核算模型,辅以浙江省海岸带海洋资源资产变化态势分析。研究发现:(1)海洋水环境质量情况可侧面综合衡量海洋资源资产的质量与状态,由于海洋水质越好的功能海域对应的海域经济资产价值量越低,故通过对不同水质赋以不同权重评估海洋资源资产量;(2)2005–2015年浙江省海洋资源资产呈现先升后降态势,2008年、2015年达到峰值与低谷;温州市、宁波市海洋资源资产量相当,明显低于舟山市;三地市均海洋资源资产量呈现波动状态,其中温州、舟山的波动较大,但后者2012–2015年急剧下降。This study synthesized related marine resource concepts from the literature to define marine resource assets and their composition.By exploring the interaction between coastal water quality and marine ecological service functions in coastal waters,we propose an accounting model for marine resource assets from marine environmental assets.Furthermore,the change trend of marine resource assets in the coastal zone of Zhejiang Province,China,was analyzed.Our findings are as follows:(1)Marine water quality can be an indicative measure of the quality and status of marine resource assets.Note that better marine water quality in an area corresponded with a lower value of economic assets;therefore,we assessed the amount of marine resources by different water quality criteria given different weights.(2)Zhejiang's marine resource assets from 2005 to 2015 exhibited a trend of rising first and then falling,with the peak occurring in 2008 and the nadir in 2015.(3)The amount of marine resource assets in Wenzhou and Ningbo are equivalent,and both much lower than Zhoushan city.(4)Three coastal cities are in a state of fluctuation with regard to their amount of marine resource assets.Wenzhou and Zhoushan both fluctuated sharply,and the latter declined sharply over 2012-2015.
