摘 要:针对强冲击载荷下战斗部防护层材料抗爆性能,提出了一种铝合金板2A12与杨木胶合板叠层的新型靶体结构,研究了靶体的抗侵彻特性。在高速撞击一级炮上进行了平头和卵形杆弹正撞击靶板实验,得到了靶板的损伤形式和特性。使用高速摄像机记录了杆弹瞬态撞击靶板的全过程,激光测速系统测得了弹体的剩余速度,并获得两种弹体的弹道极限。研究结果表明:在等厚度2A12高强铝合金板情况下,叠加的杨木胶合板较薄时,靶体抗击平头弹的弹道极限高于卵形弹;而较厚时,靶体抗击卵形弹的弹道极限高于平头弹。叠加的杨木胶合板越厚,弹道极限越大。In view of the antiknock performance of the protective layer material in the warhead under strong impact loading,a new type of target structure with aluminum alloy plate 2A12 and poplar plywood laminated was proposed,and the anti-penetration characteristics of the target was studied.In the high-speed impact on a shot on the flat-head and oval bar projectile hitting the target experiment,the damage form and characteristics of the target were got.A high-speed camera was used to record the whole process of instantaneous impact of the rod bomb on the target plate.With the laser velocity measuring system,the remaining velocity of the projectile was measured and the ballistic limit of the two kinds of projectiles was obtained.The ballistic limit of the target against blunt bombs was higher than that of the oval bombs in the case of 2A12 high strength aluminum alloy plate with the same thickness,the ballistic limit was higher than a blunt bomblet.The thicker the poplar plywood is,the larger the ballistic limit is.
