摘　　要：基于网际组态软件WebAccess和研华PAC APAX5620,设计了一种热交换器性能测试平台的控制系统。控制层APAX5620运行平台控制程序,采集现场过程量信号并通过Modbus/TCP与管理层进行数据交换;管理层运行组态软件WebAccess,显示并存储过程量数据,同时具有异常报警、故障诊断等功能。该控制系统已应用于测试平台,并取得了良好的运行效果。A control system of heat exchanger performance test platform was designed by using web configuration software WebAccess and PAC APAX5620.The control layer APAX5620 runs the platform control program,collects the field signal,and exchanges the data with the management layer through Modbus/TCP.The management layer,equipped with functions of abnormal alarm and fault diagnosis,runs configuration software WebAccess to display and store process data.Applied to the test platform,the control system has achieved good operation results.
