老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者的血清脂联素及降钙素原的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者在病情急性加重期血清降钙素原与脂联素水平的相关性。方法选取本院就诊的病情处于急性加重期的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者100例,其中血清降钙素水平高于0.5μg/L者和低于等于0.5μg/L者各50例,分别定义为高水平组和低水平组。在入院24小时内对血清脂联素、营养状况相关指标进行测定。对比两组上述指标的测定结果。结果高水平组研究对象的血清脂联素水平高于低水平组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿肌酐/身高指数、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白水平明显低于低水平组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病情处于急性加重期的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者机体的血清降钙素原和脂联素水平之间呈现正相关性,均会随着病情的加重而不断升高,而尿肌酐/身高指数、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白等营养状态相关指标水平会随病情的加重而降低。Objective To study the correlation between serum calcitonin and adiponectin levels in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)during acute exacerbation.Methods 100 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in our hospital were selected.Among them,serum calcitonin level was higher than 0.5μg/L and 50 cases were below 0.5μg/L respectively,which were defined as high level group and low level group.Serum adiponectin and nutritional status were measured in 24 hours.The results of the two groups were compared.Results The serum adiponectin level in the high level group subjects than in the low level group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05);urinary creatinine height index,serum albumin,serum albumin levels were significantly lower than the low level group,there were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum disease in acute exacerbation of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of body calcium between fibrinogen and adiponectin levels were positively correlated,increases with the aggravation of the disease,and urinary creatinine height index,serum albumin,serum albumin and other nutrition related indexes with disease the increased.
