PFNA治疗老龄不稳定股骨转子间骨折80例的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究老龄不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者采用股骨髓内钉(PFNA)的治疗效果。方法纳入本院2014年3月~2017年8月收治的老龄不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者80例,分为两组,对照组实施动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗,观察组实施PFNA治疗。并对两组的手术时间、术中出血量、负重行走、骨折愈合时间以及优良率进行比较。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、负重行走时间分别为(61.8±14.6)分、(129.6±49.5)ml、(7.0±0.9)周,均少于对照组的(88.5±20.3)分、(383.6±79.4)ml、(9.0±1.0)周(P<0.05);观察组与对照组骨折愈合时间分别为(9.5±2.1)周、(10.1±2.3)周,两组患者骨折愈合时间的对比差异无统计学意义;观察组优良率高于对照组(95.0%vs 80.0%)(P<0.05)。结论老龄不稳定股骨转子间骨折患者采用PFNA的治疗效果显著,可使患者快速康复。Objective Objective to explore the effect of femoral intramedullary nail(PFNA)in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture.Methods 80 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture admitted in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2017 were divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with dynamic hip screw(DHS),and the observation group was treated with PFNA.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,weight-bearing walking,fracture healing time and excellent and good rate were compared between the 2 groups.Results Observe the operative time,bleeding volume,weight-bearing time was(61.8±14.6)min,(129.6±49.5)ml,(7.0±0.9)weeks,were less than the control group(88.5±20.3)min,(383.6±79.4)ml,(9.0±1.0)weeks(P<0.05);the observation group and the control group;fracture healing time was(9.5±2.1)weeks,(10.1±2.3)weeks,compared the fracture healing time of patients in the 2 groups;the observation group was higher than that of control group(95.0%vs 80.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of PFNA in elderly patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture is effective,which can make the patients recover quickly.
