92例急性有机磷中毒救治分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨救治急性有机磷农药中毒患者的有效方法。方法选择92例急性有机磷农药中毒患者参与研究,帮助患者进行洗胃等抢救措施后,根据患者病情的严重程度采取相应的治疗措施,并分析总结救治急性有机磷农药中毒的有效方法。结果经过抢救治疗后,92例患者89例脱离危险,3例死亡,在后续的随访工作中,治愈患者并未出现其他不良反应,生活质量良好。结论对急性有机磷农药中毒患者洗胃、导泄后,根据患者病情使用阿托品、氯磷定或地塞米松等药物进行治疗,能够及时缓解患者症状,抢救患者生命,并且在患者治疗中以及治愈后并未出现严重的不良反应。Objective To analyze and discuss the effective methods of treating patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Meth?ods A total of 92 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were enrolled in the study to help patients with gastric lavage and other rescue measures.According to the severity of the patient's condition,appropriate treatment measures were taken and the effective methods for treating acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were summarized.Results After rescue treatment,92 patients were out of danger and 3 died.In the follow-up work,no other adverse reactions were found and the quality of life was good.Conclusion Acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in patients with gastric lavage,after the vent,according to the patient's condition using atropine,chlorophosphorus or dexamethasone and other drugs for treatment,can promptly alleviate the symptoms of patients,save the lives of patients,and in the treatment of patients and After the cure did not appear serious adverse reactions.
