摘  要:本文以四季草莓‘赛娃’为试材,用英国CIRAS-I型便携式光合仪对不同遮阴处理(30%、50%、70%、自然光为CK)下草莓的光合生理特性进行了研究,结果表明:12:30-14:30期间,CK处理的草莓,出现光合"午休"现象,光合速率降低,而30%遮阴处理的Pn值高于CK,可考虑在此期间采取遮阴30%处理,提高Pn;通过测定不同遮阴处理的叶面积后认为,50%遮阴处理最有利于草莓的净光合产物积累;随遮阴率的降低,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、胡萝卜素含量呈现依次递减的趋势,这可以解释成是叶片为适应弱光环境的一种反应。The Photosynthesis and Physiological characteristics under different shade treatments(30%、50%、70%、CK)were studied using seasonal strawberry cultivars 4 Selva9(Fragaria vesca cv.Selva)with portable photosynthetic apparatus CIRAS_I made in British.The results showed that midday photosynthetic"lunch break"appeared between 12:30 and 14:30 under CK,and photosynthetic rate educed.Pn under 30%shading treatment was higher than CK.30%shading treatment should be applied during that time in order to improve the Pn.50%shading treatment was advantaged to the strawberry accumulating net photosynthetic product.Chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotene content were decreased by decreasing of shading rate,which was a response of leaf adapting to low light.
