基层协商民主的认知调查与分析——以广元市企业工资集体协商为例

摘　　要：工资集体协商在化解劳资矛盾的同时,既兼顾了企业、劳动者双方的利益,又契合了政府构建和谐劳动关系、促进社会稳定的目的;既增强了广大职工的维权意识,健全了企业民主管理机制,又完善了政府维权机制,畅通了群众诉求渠道,因而具有重要的意义。本文通过问卷调查,对广元市企业开展工资集体协商的关注度、知晓度、评价度、满意度等进行实证调查分析,有助于我们正确认识和评价现阶段开展的工资集体协商工作,从而提高其针对性和实效性,也为推进基层协商民主的广泛、多层、制度化发展提供一定的借鉴参考。The collective wage consultation of enterprises has great importance which not only solve the contradiction between labor and capital and take account of the interests of enterprises and workers but also fit the government's purpose of building harmonious labor relations and promoting social stability.Through questionnaire survey,this paper makes an empirical investigation and analysis on the degree of concern and awareness and evaluation and satisfaction of the collective wage consultation of enterprises in Guangyuan city.It helps us correctly understand and evaluate the collective wage consultation of enterprises so as to improve its pertinence and effectiveness and provide reference for promoting the extensive and multi-level and institutionalized development of basic-level consultative democracy.
