摘　　要：宣钢公司型材生产线在线已运行10年,针对主传动6SE70逆变器出现老化、故障率呈上升趋势的问题,经过维修大部分在线主传动逆变器,设备的稳定性能下降,很难保证长期平稳运行。由于存在问题主要集中在装置性能下降,故将部分6SE70逆变器升级为西门子S120逆变器,替换下来的原型号逆变器可作为其他未改造架次逆变装置的备件使用,这样在投入较低费用的前提下。The section production line of Xuanshan iron and steel company has been running online for 10 years.In view of the aging main transmission inverter6SE70 and the raising failure rate,the stability performance of the most on-line main inverters is reduced after repair,and it is difficult to ensure the long-term stable operation.Because the existing problems mainly focus on the performance degradation of the device,some 6SE70 inverters are upgraded to SIEMENS S120 inverters.The original inverter can be used as spare parts for other unreplaced inverters,so that the normal operation of the equipment is guaranteed under the premise of lower cost.
