摘 要:以氨化聚砜(APSF)和废弃的Nafion为原料,通过交混流涎的方法制得APSF/rNafion复合膜。采用了扫描电子电镜、拉力测试仪、电化学工作站和充放电测试仪等仪器对复合膜的形貌、力学性能和电化学性能进行表征。结果表明:APSF与rNafion具有很好的兼容性,使得复合膜具有好的力学性能和钒离子选择性。与空白的重铸Nafion膜相比,在不同电流密度下,APSF/rNafion复合膜表现出了突出的电化学性能,同时在40 m A/cm^2的电流密度下,复合膜的库伦效率(80μm,CE=96%)高于商用的Nafion115的库伦效率(125μm,CE=94.4%)。此外,在80 mA/cm^2的电流密度下,用APSF/rNafion复合膜组装的电池经过100圈的循环测试后,仍然具有80%的能量效率和85%放电容量维持率,表现出了很好的化学稳定性。该复合膜制备简单、耗材少、成本低,在全钒液流电池中有很好的应用前景。The APSF/rNafion composite membranes,with the ammoniated PSF and used Nafion as material,were fabricated with blending and casting methods.Some instruments such as scanning electron microscope,tensile testing instrument,electrochemical workstation and charge-discharge tester and so on,were applied to characterize the morphology,mechanical properties and electrochemical properties of the composite membranes.The result showed that APSF had a good compatibility with Nafion,which made the mechanical properties of APSF/rNafion composite membranes more excellent.Compared with the pristine recasting Nafion membrane,the composite membrane exhibited the outstanding electrical performance at the different current density.Meanwhile,the coulombic efficiency(CE)of APSF/rNafion composite membranes(80μm,CE=96%)was higher than the Nafion115(125μm,CE=94.4%)under the current densities of 40 mA/cm2.After tested 100 cycles,the VFB assembled with APSF/rNafion composite membranes keep 80%energy efficiency and 85%capacity retention rates.The APSF/rNafion composite membranes hade a good promising in vanadium flow battery owing to its simple and cost-effective preparation.
