基于“全程渗透式”的电子商务专业改革思路探讨

摘　　要：电子商务专业改革,重在提升人才质量,提高学校就业率与学生就业满意度。但当前电子商务专业建设中存在专业人才培养方案设计不合理,专业建设缺乏动态管理,课堂教学过程与岗位工作过程相互脱节,校企合作的实训基地建设进程滞后等诸多问题,本文从电子商务岗位工作渗透、创业孵化基地个性发展、校企合作职场体验,创新创业综合提升四个方面来探讨电子商务专业改革思路。The reform of e-commerce major focuses on improving the quality of talents,improving the employment rate of schools and the satisfaction of students'employment.But currently existing in the construction of professional e-commerce professional talent training scheme design is unreasonable,lack of dynamic management,professional construction disjointed,the classroom teaching process and working process of university-enterprise cooperation training base construction process many prob.lems,such as this article from the electronic commerce post work,business incubators,university-en.terprise cooperation working experience of personal development,innovative entrepreneurial promote four aspects to discuss the e-commerce professional reform train of thought.
