摘　　要：历史村镇承载着中华传统文化精华,是我国城乡遗产保护体系的重要组成部分。回顾梳理了中国历史村镇三十多年的保护发展历程,分析其在发展过程中存在的诸多问题,反思历史村镇保护发展中应该秉持的原则与策略,即以积极改善历史村镇人居环境为根本目的,以人为本地引导农村居民自主自治地投入其中,妥善处理好遗产保护与乡村社会经济发展的关系,从而实现历史村镇走向永续发展之路。Historical villages and towns are carrying the essence of Chinese traditional culture,it’s an important part of the urban and rural heritage protection system in China.The paper reviews and combs the protection and development process of Chinese historical villages and towns for more than thirty years,analysis of many problems in the process of development,reflection on the principles and strategies that should be adhered to in the protection and development of historical villages and towns.It is necessary to improve the living environment of historical villages and towns as the fundamental purpose,people oriented to guide the self-management of rural residents,properly handle the relationship between heritage protection and rural social and economic development,realize the road to sustainable development of historical villages and towns.
