中外女子三级跳远三跳技术的运动学对比研究

摘　　要：对2009年柏林世界田径锦标赛女子三级跳远前8名运动员及我国第11届全运会该项目前8名运动员的起跳技术组合进行静态比较研究,从三跳的着地角、躯干前倾角、起跳腿膝角、腾起角、水平速度的控制、垂直速度、起跳时间及摆动腿的角速度八个角度比较分析中外优秀女子三级跳运动员起跳技术组合存在的差异,为我国的女子三级跳远技术训练水平的提高提供科学依据。A static comparison study of take-off technology is made between the top eight athletes of women’s triple jump in the Berlin World Athletics Championships in 2009 and the current eight athletes in the 11th National Games.The analysis of the differences in the combination of the take-off technology of the excellent women’s three jumpers at home and abroad is conducted from the angle of three jumps,the inclination of the trunk,the angle of the leg,the angle of the take-off,the control of the horizontal speed,the vertical speed,the take-off time and the angular velocity of the swing leg in order to provide scientific basis for the improvement of the technical training level of women’s triple jump in China.
