摘　　要：新形势下档案文献编纂工作在选题上应当坚持政治性原则,把讲政治服务大局作为档案文献编纂工作出发点,遵循辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义观点;在技术方法上应当积极运用计算机和网络技术开展选题和档案搜集,利用自动化技术对档案信息进行编辑加工,应用多媒体技术促进档案文献编纂方式转变;在服务效果上面向社会注重综合效益,努力扩大档案文献编纂出版物的受众面,遵循档案文献编纂工作基本活动规律,利用数字技术和计算机网络拓展营销渠道。With the development of the society,the work of compiling archives and documents must insist on politics under the new situation.Besides,we should conscientiously implement the party's principles and policies,and take the overall situation as the starting point for the compilation of archives and documents.Following the dialectical materialism and historical materialism,and adapting to the development of information technology,using computer and network technology to carry out the selection of topics and files,using automated technology to edit and process the file information,and applying multimedia technology to promote the transformation of archives and documents compilation.We must pay attention to the overall efficiency,expand the audience of publication,follow the basic rules of archives literature compilation work,and make use of digital technology and computer networks to expand marketing channels.
