摘  要:作为一种搭建课程理论与操作实践桥梁的教学方法,现场教学主要由教学场所、课程设计、师资队伍和考核评价体系四个基本构件组成,课前准备、课堂实施、实践操作和讨论总结则是现场教学实施的主要环节。在教学信息化建设背景下,以学生自主学习能力为切入点,通过网络案例资源库建设、校企合作交流互动平台搭建以及考核评价体系完善等措施对《生产与运作管理》课程进行现场教学的信息化改革,是对当前该课程实践教学的补充与完善。As a kind of teaching method to bridge curriculum theory and operation practice,on-site teaching consists chiefly of four basic components,namely the teaching place,the curriculum design,the teaching team and the assessment and evaluation system.The pre-class preparation,classroom implementation,practical operation and discussion and summary constitute the major procedures in the implementation of the on-site teaching.In the context of teaching informatization construction,the students'self-learning ability was taken as a breakthrough point,and a series of measures like the construction of web-based resources bank,the establishment of school-enterprise exchange&interaction platform and the perfection of the assessment and evaluation system,so as to carry out the on-the-spot teaching informatization reform of“Production&Operation Management”course,which serves as a supplement and perfection to the current practice teaching course.
