On Reader Recommendation Service(RRS) in Libraries of Undergraduate Universities of Anhui Province

摘　　要：以网络调查法为主,并以QQ、电话等调查方式为辅,对安徽省30所本科院校图书馆读者荐购服务工作进行调研分析,指出其存在诸多不足:重视度和宣传力度不够,荐购服务标识名称不统一,缺少相关的荐购服务说明,所支持的荐购资源类型单一且操作方式繁琐,反馈不及时,读者参与积极性低等.建议各高校图书馆通过丰富荐购资源类型,选择切合实际的荐购方式,整合优化荐购系统,及时反馈读者荐购意见以及注重后续服务跟进等方式来改进荐购工作.Web survey is used as the predominant method among other auxiliary methods like QQ and phone call survey to probe into the Reader Recommendation Service(RRS)in libraries of 30 undergradate univerisities of Anhui province.It is found that efforts should be stepped up in the following aspects:greater attention be placed on the publicity campaign of the service;a unified system for the name and labeling of the service needs to be put in place and relevant specification of RRS be provided;the recommended source is too limited and the operational procedures are too complicated;due to untimely feed-backs,reader participation is too low.The libraries in colleges and universities need to diversify and enrich their types of recommended sources and find some easy and practical means for the readers to make recommendations thus to integrate and optimize the recommendation system and give timely recommendation feed-backs and give greater attention to the follow-up service so as to do a better job of enhancing the recommendation service.
