摘　　要：20世纪最后十年,全球化、娱乐化的浪潮与电影体制的改革无异于横亘在内蒙古民族电影面前的"三把利剑"。面对着从未有过的困境、挑战与机遇,以塞夫、麦丽丝为代表的内蒙古民族电影人,深刻意识到只有努力挖掘自身的历史文化资源、打造民族品牌,才能找到民族电影的绝处逢生之路。他们创作的历史题材系列影片——"马上动作片"不仅使内蒙古民族电影第一次以最耀眼的光芒照亮了国内外影坛,而且也为中国少数民族电影创作提供了最可宝贵的经验与启示。In the last decade of the last century,the tide of globalization and entertainment and the reform of the film system were the“three swords”of the Inner Mongolian films.In the face of difficulties,challenges and opportunities,Inner Mongolia national filmmakers,represented by Saif and Maris,deeply realized that we should excavate its own historical and cultural resources,create national brand,which was the only way for the national films.They made a series of historical films“action movies on horseback”and attracted the attention of the movie circles home and abroad for the first time for Inner Mongolia national films,in addition they provided valuable experience and enlightenment for Chinese minority films creation.
