两晋之际流民对荆州军府的影响

摘　　要：两晋之际,荆州军府逐渐发展成为决定国家命运的最强军事机构。在这一变化过程中,流民的大量涌入起到了关键性的作用。流民在荆州地区"逐粮而生",带来不安定因素的同时,也为其注入了新的活力。而历任荆州刺史的刘弘、王敦等人则很好地利用了这一条件;在经历了一系列政治、军事斗争后,荆州地区率先完成了对流民武装的吸纳和内部形势的稳定,从而一举确立了对下游的军事优势。Between the West Jin and the East Jin Dynasty,Jingzhou military government became a decisive force of the country.During this course,the influx of refugees played a key role.The refugees lived for finding grains in the area,bringing about destabilizing factors while infusing new vitality.And the successive officers of Jingzhou,such as Liu Hong,Wang Dun,made good use of the condition.After a series of political and military struggles,Jing Zhou finished the absorption of the refugee army and the stability of the internal situation,thereby established a military superiority over the lower reaches areas.
