胃肠外科术后早期咀嚼口香糖对腹部并发症及胃肠功能的改善作用

摘　　要：目的探讨胃肠外科术后早期咀嚼口香糖对腹部并发症及胃肠功能的改善作用。方法选取我院普通外科胃肠外科术后患者60例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组于术后2 h开始给予咀嚼口香糖,对照组术后给予常规护理。对比两组患者术后腹部并发症发生率及胃肠道功能恢复时间。结果两组患者腹部并发症发生率(如腹部胀气和腹痛)比较有明显差异,观察组腹部胀气和腹痛的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后胃肠道功能恢复时间有明显差异,观察组术后首次肠鸣音、肛门排气、排便时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃肠外科术后早期咀嚼口香糖,可显著减少患者术后腹部胀气疼痛等并发症,促进患者术后早期恢复胃肠功能,提高手术成功率。Objective Discussion after gastrointestinal surgery early chewing gum on abdominal complications and the improvement of gastrointestinal function.Methods Select 60 patients with gastrointestinal surgery department of general surgery,30 patients were randomly selected from 2 h after the operation began to chew gum as observation group,and 30 cases of patients with postoperative given routine nursing care as control group.Compared two groups of patients with postoperative abdominal complications and recovery time of gastrointestinal function.Results Two groups of patients with abdominal complications such as abdominal bloating and the incidence of abdominal pain more obvious difference,the incidence of abdominal bloating and pain observation group was obviously lower than the control group(P<0.05);Two groups of patients with postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal function have obvious difference,observation group of postoperative bowel sounds for the first time,anus exhaust,defecation time were significantly earlier than the control group(P<0.05);The above differences were statistically significant.Conclusion After gastrointestinal surgery early chewing gum,can significantly reduce the postoperative complications such as abdominal bloating pain patients,promote early recovery postoperatively in patients with gastrointestinal function,improve the success rate of surgery.
