浅谈情志护理在血液透析临床护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析探讨情志护理在血液透析临床护理中的应用效果。方法参照组接受常规血液透析临床护理,试验组在参照组基础上加用情志护理。结果试验组在护理期间的并发症发生率少于参照组;试验组抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在常规血液透析临床护理中,加用情志护理,可减少护理并发症发生率,减轻患者的负面心理。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of emotional nursing in clinical nursing care of hemodialysis patients.Methods The patients in the reference group received routine hemodialysis care,and the patients in the experimental group received emotional nursing on the basis of the reference group.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group.The scores of depression and anxiety in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of emotional nursing in routine hemodialysis care can reduce the incidence of nursing complications and reduce the negative psychology of patients.
