循证护理在泌尿外科护理质量管理中的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在泌尿外科护理质量管理中的应用,从而更好的应用在临床当中。方法选择最近一年某院收取的泌尿外科患者,并将这些患者随机划分为实验组和对照组,对对照组的泌尿外科患者实施常规的护理方法,对实验组的泌尿外科患者实施循证护理,两者区分开来,过一定时间段后,观察两组的护理质量,并做出比较。结果护理一段时间段后,实验组的护理质量和患者满意度要高于对照组的护理质量和满意度,且实施前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过实验对比可以得出结论,循证护理相比较一般平常护理来说,在外科泌尿护理质量管理中应用的质量和满意程度更高一些。Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing quality management of Department of Urology,so as to better apply it in clinical practice.Methods Last year in a hospital for patients in the Department of Urology,and these patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the implementation of routine nursing to the control group of patients in the Department of Urology,the implementation of evidence-based nursing in the experimental group patients in the Department of Urology,both to distinguish,after a certain period of time after the observation of nursing quality in two groups,and make a comparison.Results The nursing period,nursing quality and patient satisfaction in the experimental group than the control group of nursing quality and satisfaction(P<0.05),and there was significant difference before and after the implementation,so it has statistical significance.Conclusion Through the experimental comparison,it can be concluded that the evidence-based nursing is more satisfactory and more satisfactory in the quality control of surgical urology nursing than the general routine care.
