摘 要:试验选用水稻壳、淘米水、花生渣和水果皮,在35℃±0.5℃条件下进行22 d的厌氧发酵处理,研究了不同有机废物厌氧发酵过程中二次基质释放对VFAs产量的影响。试验结果表明:其VFAs产量的最高值分别为42.4,76.5,264.0,10.5 mg COD·g^(-1)VS;VS的降解率分别为20.9%,59.9%,67.6%,35.6%;SCOD的减量分别为85.8,552.5,568.3,495.8 mg·g^(-1)VS。由此得出,水稻壳、淘米水、花生渣这3种的VFAs产量的变化规律相似,其VS降解率越高,SCOD减量越大,则VFAs产量越高;其中花生渣的VFAs的产量最高;而水果皮发酵液的pH值基本低于3.5,导致了VFAs产量过低。此外,NH_4^+-N和可溶性糖的释放分别对花生渣、淘米水的VFAs产量的影响较为明显。In this experiment,rice husk,rice-washing water,peanut residue and fruit peel were used as feedstock for anaerobic fermentation under 35℃±0.5℃for 22 days.The effects of substrates releasing pattern of different feedstock on VFAs yields during fermentation were investigated.The results showed that,for the tested feedstock,the VFAs yields were 42.4,76.5,264.0 and 10.5 mgCOD·g-1 VS respectively,and the VS degradation rates were 20.9%,59.9%,67.6%and 35.6%respectively.The SCOD reduction were 85.8,552.5,568.3,495.8 mg·g-1 VS.In summary,the changing rule of VFAs yields for rice husk,rice-washing water,peanut residue were similar.The higher the VS degradation rate,the higher the SCOD reduction,the higher the VFAs yield.Peanut residue obtained the highest VFAs yield.On the other hand,the pH value for fruit peel fermentation was basically less than 3.5,resulting in a low VFAs yield.In addition,the releasing of NH+4-N and soluble sugar during fermentation of peanut residue and rice-washing water had obvious influence on VFAs yield.
