摘 要:试验采用SBBR-小球藻-铜钱草组合工艺对猪场沼液进行了净化处理,研究了组合工艺启动和运行中污染物变化情况。结果表明,沼液经SBBR反应器处理后污染物浓度大幅下降,透光性改善,可用于培养小球藻,经小球藻培养系统处理后沼液污染物浓度进一步下降,再经过放养泥鳅的铜钱草水培系统净化,出水COD,NH_4^+-N,TN,TP浓度分别在48.73 mg·L^(-1),6.47 mg·L^(-1),14.61 mg·L^(-1),0.90 mg·L^(-1)以下,沼液中COD,NH_4^+-N,TN,TP总去除率平均达到97.51%,99.11%,98.28%和97.28%。组合工艺抗冲击负荷能力强,稳定性好,能有效地去除沼液中的污染物。In this paper,a combined decontamination system,including SBBR process(sequencing batch biofilm reactor,Chlorella culturing,and hydrocotyle vulgaris hydroponic system,was used to decontaminate the biogas slurry.The changes of pollutants during start-up and operation of the combined system were investigated.The results showed that the concentration of pollutants decreased significantly in SBBR reactor effluent,and the transparency of the effluent was obviously improved,which could be used to culture Chlorella.After culturing Chlorella,the concentration of pollutants in effluent decreased further.And then the effluent went into the hydrocotyle vulgaris hydroponic system,in which loaches were breeded.Finally,the concentrations of COD,NH+4-N,TN and TP in effluent were less than 48.73mg·L-1,6.47mg·L-1,14.61mg·L-1,0.90 mg·L-1 respectively.The average removal rates of COD,NH+4-N,TN and TP in biogas slurry were 97.51%,99.11%,98.28%and 97.28%respectively.The combined process was stable and high efficiency.
