接种率对农村有机生活垃圾厌氧发酵的影响

摘　　要：文章以农村有机生活垃圾为原料,采取中温(35℃±1℃)的条件进行批式厌氧发酵实验。实验采用了两个不同发酵浓度(原料TS含量4.32%,5.18%)和5个不同接种率(接种物TS含量4.55%,6.26%,6.88%,8%,9.13%)的不同组合。实验结果表明:在原料TS含量为5.18%及接种物TS含量为6.88%(接种率为135%)的条件下,甲烷产量最高,原料产甲烷潜力为0.18 L·g^(-1) TS·d^(-1),农村有机生活垃圾产甲烷量随接种率的提高呈现先升后降的趋势。同时通过定期测定发酵液的电导率发现,在该厌氧发酵正常的情况下,电导率范围在8~10m S·cm^(-1)之间。In this paper,effect of inoculation rate on biogas production of rural domestic waste were investigated in batch fermentation with 2 different feedstock concentration(TS concentration of 4.32%,5.18%),and 5 different inoculation rate(inoculation TS 4.55%,6.26%,6.88%,8%,9.13%)in different combination.The result showed that the test group with feedstock TS concentration of 5.18%and inoculation TS of 6.88%obtained the highest methane production,which was 0.18 L·g-1 TS·d-1.At the same time,it was found that the conductivity range was between 8~10 mS·cm-1 in the normal condition of the anaerobic fermentation.
