摘  要:塔一联悬浮污泥过滤水处理工艺系统自建成投运以来,逐渐暴露出系统机泵故障率高、腐蚀结垢严重、瓦楞斜板易垮塌、水质处理不能长期稳定达标等问题。分析认为系统运行中问题产生的原因主要是药剂加注点设计不合理,处理水的矿化度高、钙镁离子等成垢离子浓度高以及系统暴氧。通过重新优化设计系统加药点、防腐措施、外排水回收流程、瓦楞斜板固定方式以及采用氮气系统对装置进行密闭改造等措施,同时对系统的管理、运行操作等进行优化,最终实现悬浮污泥过滤水处理工艺的平稳运行和处理水质长期稳定达标。Many problems have been exposed in the system of suspended sludge filtration at Ta-1 United Station since it was put into operation,such as high pump failure rate,serious corrosion and scale buildup,easy inclined corrugated plate collapsing,water quality exceeding standard.The main reasons for the problems in the operation of water treatment system are that the agent injection site design is unreasonable;The total dissolved solid and the calcium and magnesium concentration are high;The system of suspended sludge filtration is exposed to oxygen.In order to solve these problems,many optimization measures have been adopted,including optimizing anew the designs of agent injection site,corrosion protection measures,effluent recovery process,inclined corrugated plate fixed mode.In addition,the water treatment system is reformed to be closed(airtight)and filled with nitrogen.At the same time,the management and operation of the system is optimized.Finally,it is realized that the system of the suspended sludge filtration keeps running smoothly and the water-injection quality can reach the standard for a long time.
