摘  要:随着海上油气资源不断地向深水开发,采用传统"穿夹克管+聚氨酯浇注"工艺不能满足超过60 m水深的油气输送要求。针对这种情况,开发了新型"聚氨酯喷涂+挤出聚烯烃缠绕+配重涂敷"工艺。详细介绍了海洋使用的硬质聚氨酯喷涂预制保温配重管技术,阐述了为提高保温管各层之间的抗剪切力、管端防水密封性能,以及使整管性能提高而采取的措施和效果。对比新技术与传统浇注保温管的钢套钢技术,分析其工艺特点,展望硬质聚氨酯喷涂预制保温配重管的市场需求及应用前景。With the continuous development of oil and gas resources to the deep water,the traditional process of“jacket pipe+casting polyurethane”can't meet the requirements of oil and gas transportation at the water depth more than 60 m.In this case,a new process of“polyurethane spraying+extruded polyethylene wrapping+concrete weighted coating”is developed.This paper introduces in detail this new prefabrication process of offshore pipes,and describes the measures to improve shear strength between each layer of insulation pipe,pipe end sealing performance and the integral pipe performance,and the application results as well.The new technique is compared with the traditional pipe-in-pipe technique of casting polyurethane thermal insulation;and the process characteristics are analyzed.The market demand and application prospect of this new technique are point out too.
