摘　　要：提出一种基于统计分析的县级供电企业电网发展和生产经营综合评估方法。以江西省95家县级供电企业数据为基础,首先采用主成分分析法和相关性分析法构建电网发展与生产经营综合评价指标体系;其次采用聚类分析法将95家企业分为5类,并基于分类结果确定出评价指标差异化权重,结合标准化处理函数确定出评价指标差异化评分标准,形成电网发展与生产经营综合评价方法;最后对95家县级供电企业进行综合分类评估,并提出有针对性的提升建议,验证了所提方法的有效性。This paper presents a comprehensive evaluation method for the power grid development and operation of the county electric power company based on statistical analysis.Based on the data of 95 county electric power companies of Jiangxi province,Firstly,a comprehensive evaluation index system of power grid development and production and operation is constructed by using principal component analysis and correlation analysis Secondly,95 enterprises are divided into 5 categories using cluster analysis,and the weights of different evaluation indicators are determined based on the classification results.The standardized processing function determined the evaluation index differentiation scoring standard and formed a comprehensive evaluation method for power grid development and production and operation.Finally,a comprehensive classification assessment was conducted on 95 county-level power supply enterprises,and targeted improvement suggestions were made,verifying the proposed method.
