摘  要:电动汽车充电机是供电系统中一类新兴的用电负载,在恒功率运行时具有负阻特性,可能威胁电网的安全稳定运行。文章从充电机原理结构和运行方式出发,分析了充电机负载的伏安特性和小扰动下的稳定性,建立了充电机负载在额定电压邻域内的等值电路,通过理论分析得到了充电机供电系统稳定运行的条件,即当充电机负载的功率大于常规负载的功率时供电系统将失去稳定。基于等值电路建立了充电机供电系统的仿真模型,仿真结果与理论分析一致。Electric vehicle chargers,as a kind of emerging electric power load,may threaten the safe and stable operation of the power supply system due to its negative resistance characteristic under the constant-power operation condition.The voltagecurrent characteristic of the charger loads and the small disturbance stability of the supply system powered to the charger are analyzed in view of the charger's circuit principle and operation modes.The equivalent circuit of charger loads operating within the rated voltage neighborhood and also the simulation model of the power supply system based on this equivalent circuit are established.Theoretical analysis shows that the power supply system with charger loads may be unstable when the power of charger loads is larger than the power of normal loads,and this conclusion is verified to be consistent with the simulation result.
