摘 要:针对目前脱硫废水零排放处理工艺存在的建设成本和运行费用高、系统复杂等问题,山西临汾热电有限公司在国内首次采用旁路烟道旋转喷雾干燥法对脱硫废水进行处理。本文重点论述了旋转喷雾干燥法处理脱硫废水技术原理及工艺流程,并对运行效果和经济效益进行了分析。分析结果表明,该项工艺能耗低,对锅炉影响小,运行费用相对较低,是一种可行的脱硫废水零排放技术,可供电厂脱硫废水零排放改造借鉴。Aiming at the existing problems such as high construction and running cost,as well as the complex system of desulfurization wastewater zero discharge treatment technology,Shanxi Linfen Thermal Power Plant adopted the flue bypass rotating spray drying method on the desulfurization wastewater treatment for the first time in domestic.Mainly discussed the desulfurization wastewater process,equipment principle and technical characteristics of flue rotating spray drying technology treatment.Meanwhile,the author analyzed the operation effect and economic benefit,and by practical application demonstrated that it was a feasible desulfurization wastewater zero emissions technology with low energy consumption,small influence on boiler,relatively low operating cost,which had certain reference significance for the implementation of the desulfurization wastewater zero discharge modification.
