摘  要:在某特高压变电站2017年年度检修中,发现该站某1000 kV并联电抗器X柱夹件对地绝缘电阻低于1000 kΩ。通过不吊罩和吊罩内检,确定原因为X柱器身下部减振胶垫受压变形与两柱器身连接处的三角铁加强板接触,导致并联电抗器X柱夹件对地绝缘电阻偏低。将短路点处理后,对并联电抗器抽真空、注油,后续试验显示并联电抗器绝缘性能良好,可以正常投入使用。In the annual overhaul of a1000kV shunt reactor in a UHV substation,it was found that the insulation resistance of X-pillars to ground was lower than1000kΩ.Through the internal inspection of the hood and the internal inspection without hanging hood,it was determined that the reason was that the lower cushion of the X-pillar body was in contact with the triangular iron reinforcement plate connected to the two-column body,resulting in the insulation of the X-pillar clamp of the shunt reactor.The resistance was low.After the short-circuit point was processed,the shunt reactor was evacuated and filled with oil.Subsequent tests showed that the shunt reactor had good insulation properties and could be put into use normally.
