摘　　要：乌兰察布电业局继电保护及安全自动装置备品备件数量、种类多,而对备品备件的管理完全依靠人工,台账中的数据不能实时更新,导致台账记录与实际库存存在差异,影响日常消缺工作和紧急抢修工作效率。为此采用了备品备件管理系统,该系统具有信息准确、查找方便的特点,每一备品备件对应唯一条形码,出入库操作采用无线扫码枪扫描,解决了以往备件出入库后台账无法实时更新的问题。该系统已运行2 a,备品备件出入库及时、准确,确保了电力应急抢修工作顺利进行。The number of spare parts of relay protection and safety automatic device is large in Ulanqab Electric Power Bureau,and the management of spare parts depend entirely on numan work,parameter of the data cannot be updated in real time,leading to the differences between parameter records and the actual inventory,the bad effect on the efficiency of daily work and emergency repair work.For the spare parts management system,has the characteristics of the information is accurate,easy search,every spare parts corresponding to the only barcode,in-out warehouse operation using wireless scan code gun scan.After solved the problems of the previous spare parts for the parameter cannot be updated in real time.The system has been running for2years,and the smooth operation of power emergency repair work are ensured.
