摘 要:通过分析1起小动物钻入断路器跳闸出口继电器引起的跳闸事件,发现断路器MM4XP型跳闸继电器存在空孔洞结构缺陷,且断路器出口继电器存在由于触点误动导致跳闸的风险。对此优化了断路器控制回路,将跳闸继电器出口触点由直接接电源正极改接至经远控/近控切换开关后的电源端,能有效避免类似事件的发生。同时提出采用粘贴纸或其他材料封堵类似结构的继电器孔洞等防范措施。According to the analysis of a circuit breaker tripping event caused by a small animal,it is considered that there are blemishes on the MM4XP tripping relay structure of the circuit breaker,and the tripping risk caused by contact maloperation exists in the tripping relay.Therefore,the breaker control loop is optimized.Change the connected mode of the tripping circuit contact from connecting to the positive electrode directly to connecting to the power end behind the swithch through remote/near control to prevent the similar fault.And put forward the preventive countermeasures of adopting gummed paper or other materials to plag the hole of the relay.
