高载能用户电费回收方式技术改进

摘　　要：针对乌兰察布电业局传统电费管理方法存在的不足,提出在电能量信息采控系统中加装购电控管理软件模块,对高载能用户实施先缴费后用电的管控措施,并且当剩余电量不足时系统会通过短信自动提醒用户,直至零电量跳闸。系统改进后,不仅再未发生拖欠电费问题,而且追回了历史拖欠电费,起到了防范电费拖欠风险的作用。In view of the shortcomings of the traditional electricity tariff management method of Ulanqab Electric Power Bureau,put forward the programme of installing and purchasing the electronic control software module in electric power energy collecting and controling system,to realize the electricity consumption after the large electricity user pays,and the system will automatically remind the users by short message until zero-chanrged trip.After the improvement,the defaulty of the electrity not only never occure,but also recoveres the former arrears of electricity charges,thus it plays an role for preventing electricity arrears risk.
