摘  要:采用盆栽试验研究了氮钾肥对天然盐碱胁迫下虉草叶片细胞质膜透性、有机渗透调节物质含量和保护酶活性等影响.结果表明,在盐碱胁迫下施氮钾肥能显著降低虉草叶片电解质渗出率和MDA含量(P<0.05),显著增加脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量(P<0.05),其中氮肥效应大于钾肥.施氮肥能显著提高盐碱胁迫下虉草叶片中的SOD和POD活性(P<0.05),而施钾肥效果不显著.N2K2处理虉草叶片电解质渗出率和MDA含量最低,脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量以及SOD和POD活性最高,与N0K0处理间差异均达极显著水平(P<0.01).A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers on cell membrane permeability,organic osmoticumcontent and the activity of protective enzymes of reed canarygrass(Phalaris arundi?nacea L.)under saline-alkali stress.The application of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers significantly reduced the electrolyte permeation rate and MDA content(P<0.05),significantly increased the content of free prolinesoluble protein and soluble sugar(P<0.05).Among these,nitrogen fertilizer effect was greater than potassium fertilizer.Nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased the SOD and POD activity of reed canarygrass under saline-alkali stress(P<0.05),while the effects of applying potassium fertilizer were not significant.The electrolyte permeation rate and MDA content were the lowest with the N2K2 treatment.The free proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein contents and SOD and POD activities were highest,and differences between N2K2 and N0K0 treatments reached significant levels(P<0.01).
