摘 要:本文初步探究温度对巨膜长蝽(Jakowleffia setulosa)翅型分化的影响,分别在4个温度梯度(18,21,24,27℃)下培养巨膜长蝽若虫,进行温度对巨膜长蝽翅型分化的影响研究.对所得数据进行线性相关性及一元非线性回归分析,经转换后,进行单因素方差分析.结果表明,在18,21,24,27℃4个温度梯度下,羽化出的长翅型与短翅型成虫的个体数量在各梯度不存在显著差异,说明温度对巨膜长蝽的翅型分化没有影响.The research aimed to study the effect of temperature on the wing dimorphism of Jakowleffia setulosa.In this experiment,the larvae were cultured at a series of temperature(18,21,24 and 27℃)to observe the differentiation of the wing.The data obtained were treated by linear regression analysis and one element nonlinear regression analysis and then by one-way analysis of variance after normal transformation.The results showed that under four temperature gradients at 18,21,24 and 27℃,there was no significant difference in the individual number of long winged and short winged adults in each gradient.It revealed that temperature had no effect on the wing dimorphism of Jakowleffia setulosa.
