摘  要:以蓝盆花花粉为试验材料,通过研究花粉形态、花粉量、蔗糖、硼酸及植物生长调节物质对蓝盆花花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响,筛选出适宜花粉萌发的条件,以期为蓝盆花人工授粉合理使用生长调节物质提供参考.结果表明,蓝盆花花粉呈单粒,圆球形或近球形,具有1~3个萌发孔,每花药中花粉量约为1.16×105粒;在蔗糖浓度为15%、硼酸浓度为100 mg/L及赤霉素(GA3)浓度为50 mg/L时蓝盆花花粉萌发和花粉管生长达到最大值,超过此浓度,花粉萌发和花粉管生长受到抑制,而添加萘乙酸(NAA)对蓝盆花花粉萌发和花粉管生长有抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越强.The effects of pollen morphology,pollen amount and sucrose,boric acid and plant growth regulators on pollen germination and pollen tube growth of Scabiosa tschiliensis in vitro were studied.The suitable conditions for pollen germination were selected to provide reference for the rational use of growth regulators for pollination of Scabio.sa tschiliensis.Pollen was found to be a single grain,spherical or nearly spherical,with 1 to 3 germination holes.The amount of pollen per antelope was about 1.16×105 tablets.The pollen germination and pollen tube growth reached the maximum at the sucrose concentration of 15%,boric acid at 100 mg/L and gibberellin(GA3)at 50 mg/L.Above those concentrations,the pollen germination and pollen tube growth were inhibited.Adding naphthalene acetic acid(NAA)had inhibitory effects on pollen germination and pollen tube growth;the higher the concentration,the stronger the inhibition.
